I love to come here to go for walks with my dog or go for bike rides. It's also great to come here for picnics. There's tons of different roads you can take, some long, some small, depending on what you're in the mood for (or have time for). It's all in all just a stunning place & it's great to be out in nature!

Don't get me wrong, I am an extremely happy crossfitter, and believe that Crossfit Copenhagen is THE place for a crossfitter, but I do miss spinning and cardio training and was happy to find that FitnessDK was just the place that I was looking for :-) The staff in the Lyngby center is friendly and always smiling. I miss personal training though, maybe not as common here as in Sweden?

I absolutely love Bagsværd Sø! it's 6.8 km around, so it's a nice big lake…read more It is really nice to go for a walk around the lake. It's a gorgeous lake, and perfect to take your dog around. The water quality in the lake is not suited for swimming as the lake still receives spillover from three outlets from the public sewer system. It is however possible to rent canoes, kayaks, rowboats and sailboats. Which is super fun, and highly recommended! :)
