Locker rooms and showers are fine, with two different sauna as well as a tanning bed, if that's what you're looking for.
The gym itself has a separate spinning room and a multifunctional room for classes. Their selection is okay, but classes tend to be quite full, especially the ones around yoga, Pilates, etc.
In total, the gym is not huge, so unless you're coming in the middle of the day, it'll probably be crowded. There's usually only one of each machine, and some could use an update. They have recently renovated and made a new, bigger area for cross fit and the like. Of course you can also buy the standard range of protein bars and drinks.
Obviously, there are other studios in the fitness.dk chain that are bigger, more modern, and generally nicer (Valby comes to mind), but this one has everything you need for a workout.
