Dr. Mesnier is supposed to be a good ankle surgeon and I have been trying to get an appointment since March 2025. Despite a physician referrral, good insurance, an increasingly unstable painful ankle I can barely walk on, an MRI with ligament and tendon tears, and filling out all the online paperwork, I have yet to see her. It's August. Her office cancelled my first two new patient appointments with short notice. Christina hasn't requested my records or MRI scan, even though I filled out and signed a request with my new patient paperwork. Yesterday I asked if she'd received my imaging and she said "No, I haven't requested it because it takes a really long time for them to send it, so it's the patient's responsibility." I told her I have to cancel and reschedule a half day of my own cancer patients for these appointments they keep cancelling, and asked if she could make my appt on a day when that won't happen. Her reply: "It's not my fault if patients need surgery". Nice. It doesn't seem like they want my business, so I guess it's not my fault if I go somewhere else. Dr. Mesnier probably doesn't know this is happening, and unfortunately this review is the only way to communicate with her. I will happily update it and the rating if I end up seeing her and having a good experience!

My sports medicine physician recommended this place for me after a knee injury. And he was so right…read moreto do so! While I had my PT after surgery at first elsewhere (and that was not bad either). I am now receiving top notch care by Pete Dills and his team. All kinds of different modalities of therapy (manual, de-sensitization, scar tissue mobilization and careful weight loading were added during the first appointment) and worked wonders for recovery/ to get back full range of motion. The care has been tailored down to my needs and is on all levels excellent. Office experience has been also great! Highly recommended!

They said they HAD to bill the insurance co. I asked how much a typical visit would cost and they said they didn't know. "The head office dealt with billing." I was desperate because I'm an active person and was having pain in my ankles that made it hard to walk, much less run like I wanted to do. So, I had 3 treatments. They gave me no homework or exercises to help but just kept telling me to come back next week. I saw no improvement so I stopped going. Then I got a bill which was nearly $700! I called the "head office" and they said if I had paid out of pocket I would have saved $200+. I took things into my own hands and found that pilates, a foam roller and deep stretching of my calf muscles did the trick.

I had a really good first appointment with Dr Manoso at O+F Specialists…read more I was a initially bit nervous going in but by the time I had x-rays and a talk with the MA, I was more relaxed. Dr Manoso showed me the X-rays and explained my injury. Thankfully it appears as it may heal w/o surgery. After an exam he said this would take some time to heal and to be patient. I was given the OK to walk and do some light aerobic on the elliptical but at less than my pre injury 60 minutes time. I am glad I was directed to see Dr Manoso when scheduling and confident he will be my guide through the healing and resuming the sports I love!

She yelled at my kid when he's sitting aside playing with his toys without bothering anybody or making a noise. It's my first time coming to see Dr. Kimberly, and boy!! This is a very bad impression for all doctors who work here. I almost wanted to leave and never come back, but an other staff intervened and came and solved the issue. She said maybe my kid was a bit close to that staff's station and they have SECRET info lol Professional staff mirror the doctors they work for and are the first thing a clinic can be noticed for (first impression). I'm giving this one star only for this staff, not for the doctor.
