On 11/02/23 I had a procedure completed by Dr Foster. The procedure was fine. The issue is with the…read morebilling department. Either they are incompetent or are liars and scammers, not sure which. On multiple occasions the told me there was no charge and that the procedure was 100% covered by insurance. I called the insurance company to verify this was true. The same day, Dr Foster's office called me confirming that they spoke to the insurance company and that I owed nothing. Yet almost one year later, Dr Foster's office continues to harass me with bills. I expect an apology yet all they do is harass. I recommend going to another dentist. After being a patient for 11 years, they always find a way to charge you something regardless of your insurance. They often recommend procedures not covered by insurance.
