Be prepared to be on hold for 10 minutes, then shunted to voice mail, then have to call again...it can take 3 iterations or more to finally get someone that will schedule an appointment for you (so you're on hold for at least 30 minutes). Once that happens, you're good to go, and they're fast, professional, and courteous. No idea why they can't staff enough schedulers.

I was in physical therapy for months and took me that long plus more time to return to work. If she would have really listened to what happened and how much pain I was in I possibly could have gotten into physical therapy sooner and avoived being out of work longer than I needed to. We aren't all drug seekers. Sometimes an injury can be survire even in a walk in clinic. Please take the time to listen to your patients.

Our first conversation started with the staff member asking if I had a referral. When I asked if I needed one, she responded, "That's not what I asked you," immediately setting a hostile tone. She then repeatedly talked over me, cut me off mid-sentence, and responded in a condescending manner. Although I became frustrated and told her she needed to be nice because I am the customer, her response was to hang up on me. That kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable in any business, but especially in a medical setting where patients are often already anxious or frustrated when calling in. I was simply trying to schedule an appointment in the Smokey Point office, and instead I was treated with complete disrespect. Patients deserve to be heard and treated with courtesy, not hostility. To management: Please address this issue. Front desk and phone staff represent your entire organization, and if this type of behavior is allowed to continue, it will drive patients away. A medical facility should be a place where compassion and professionalism are the standard at every level of care.

They're located on the second floor next to Walmart at the Royal City Centre Shopping Centre. The place looks clean but I didn't think they had sanitized the x-ray table prior to me entering the room. There's free parking in the building below. There are other locations mainly in Vancouver area. Unfortunately all locations have different hours of operation which is not stated on their website. You will need to call the location you prefer. They state there are priority bookings available but when I inquired at the New West location, she wasn't able to answer questions. Is there was a charge for a priority booking? When are priority bookings available? She just said 'they have very limited spots' which doesn't clarify matters. Make sure you bring your Care card and call ahead of time to check on wait times.

When they eventually found the sample, they said it was contaminated (because they went through the vein) and said she should just come back in to have it redone.
