Gamedude are from what I'd dub as the old-school style of PC service. They're arrogant, self-righteous and smug to anyone who has any question about computers. I'm fortunate enough to know what I need, but I've witnessed people who have waited in a queue for over half-an-hour ask questions that get a shrug or a 'well you should've known about that' sort of response. Gamedude primarily service people looking to build PCs, so their clientele are often people adept at knowing the difference between SATA drives and IDE. While it doesn't give them the right for their 'customer service people' to act like brats, it does speak volumes of the types of people they want. Their prices ARE damn good, though, so if you know what you need and you don't mind waiting at peak periods (Saturday morning, for example) then go nuts. Just don't expect a helpful conversation.
