I was never late and didn't ask for an offer of a new card. I applied to the link that was sent to me, I was told my application was denied because they were unable to verify my identity. They informed me they tried fo call me to verify my identity, that was lie. I had no missed calls from them. They told me they were escalating it to a manager, that was no help. I was lied to several times, passed around to several different people who said several different things. I still don't have a resolution and I am done dealing with them. I am not going to keep applying for a card, dragging my credit score down, with these incompetent people!
