We read so many good things about Mrs. Woolly's General Store, so of course we had to check it out and wow, what a gem! This place is part café, part gift shop, part secret garden, and 100% charm.
On one side, you've got coffee, pastries, pizza, flatbreads, and sandwiches. On the other, shelves of handmade goodies you didn't know you needed until now. But the real magic happens outside: there's a cozy dining area tucked away on the left, complete with 90s music, free wifi, and a super clean bathroom (yes, that deserves a shout-out)
We tried the boysenberry almond pie and hazelnut brownie, which were absolutely delicious, not too sweet, just right. And the pepperoni flatbread? Crispy, flavorful, and totally worth it. Prices are very reasonable, too.
It's the kind of place that makes you want to linger a bit longer, sip your coffee, hum along to the music, and just soak in the small-town charm. Definitely a gem worth stopping for! This is the only restaurant you should visit in the area (we tried two others and weren't good at all). read more
