I thoroughly enjoyed this unique breakfast. We also ordered coffees, and my cappuccino was delicious. Service was fast and friendly. The restaurant isn't huge, but it was cute and comfortable. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because of the cost, which seemed a bit high for breakfast.

I also like how they've started to introduce gluten-free and dairy-free options, as some of my friends can't tolerate gluten or dairy. The interior is quirky and vintage land which makes it stand out in Penrith. Waffle Co reminds me of one of the funky and hip cafes you'd find down a back alley in Melbourne, except it's in western sydney!
