Crazy experience with this company. First off it was my first time using this company and I was…read moresupposed to have been charge $19 but instead I was charge $67 (cost for a regular cut). In addition I was charged another $67 for supposedly long grass fee which is crazy considering grass was cut a week and a half ago. Called customer service and spoke W/Francis and he got the charge down to half (33.50). I let him know that I was very disappointed with their service and not planning to use ever again. He said okay and basically told me they don't care. I'm going to do everything I can in my power to make sure that all veterans, active duty, defense contractors and government workers know about this and that they don't fall victim to this predatory business. The biggest concern for me is that they are perfectly happy with being able to scam more than actual customer retention it's crazy.
