I decided to trust the words of the people and swing by here. The shop is super easy to find, right off Colorado between downtown (confusion corner) and US1. There was easy street parking right in front and close parking lots. The staff were immediately friendly and willing to help as soon as I walked in. The shop is beautiful, with incredible stock for any of your related needs. I needed some recommendations as a non-local and unfamiliar with some of the brands carried, and I got all the answers I needed from the two wonderful ladies working. They were helpful, funny, and engaged while I shopped and asked questions. It made me feel really comfortable knowing a great store with huge selection and knowledgeable staff was available for any needs I had while in town. Definitely happy to have Glass Chamber as a resource. And did I say how absolutely incredible their glass pieces are? Truly a wonderful experience. Keep doing what you're doing, Glass Chamber! Hear my story: Tuesday: Spent $259.00 on a vaporizer from 420 Peace Ave on the boy behind the counter's advice. 24 hours later, the vaporizer will not turn on. Thursday morning: I call the store, explain my situation and was told to bring the item back and they would look into replacing the batteries or something. Thursday evening: I get to the store and am told to on online and register my device with the manufacturer. Deal with them. I explain that I phoned earlier, had paid cash and expected some kind of help. Girl looked at me and told me she didn't know anything about it, didn't even ask me for a receipt, and complained she could see I was "agitated". I spent $250. Drove to the store and back for nothing and still have no working vaporizer. But, I better not be agitated. I'd buy my expensive items somewhere else.
