The day in question I stopped at another smoke shop and I found a water bong well this one was missing a couple of things and the price was more than I wanted to pay so I went looking for the same bong so I stopped at your place, bad mistake, I went in and the place was empty so I went looking, I tried to ask a few questions but after the first one he got on the defensive and got prissy with me which got under my skin so I was giving back what he was giving me, some other people came in and he said do what you want I'm going to help some normal people he said that just when I found the bong I was looking for so I waited till he was done and walked around the store avoiding me and when he finally came over he said have you found what you want I am not wasting my time on you and even after all his crap I still bought the bong. (Writing this review for the store in Charleston because there isn't a yelp page for the one in Sutton yet) This place is a joke. The only reason it has any 5 star reviews is for free items they offer if you give a review. Don't get me wrong, item selection is great, it's the employees who make this place so bad. I've been in the store at the same time minors were there (they were looking at thing to buy) and only ONE employee has ever asked me for my ID. Said employee said it was mandatory for employees to check EVERYONES ID. I have experience working in smoke shops, and believe me when I tell you, you don't want to buy from here. I've also noticed false advertisement. They have consumable items packaged in their display cases that are definitely counterfeit and do not match the description on the packaging. Not to mention the employees don't know what they're talking about. I have also posted a review on Google, but I'm assuming it was taken down because it just doesn't exist anymore? Probably mad I outted them for false advertisement. If Mr Smoke really doesn't illegally sell products labeled as something else, they need to teach their employees to stop making false claims about the products they sell and maybe hire more experienced, knowledgeable, people who don't count down their register before closing time while blasting music with the doors UNLOCKED. read more

it gets 2 stars just for the selection.or it would have gotten one star. now this is for the crosslanes store only.. how ever buyer beware at the crosslanes store!. i got a complete mod kit and juice for round the 125 area when the charge came through it was for 128! they stated there was a 3 dollar fee to use the card when questioned after i done got home and realized what happened. and the associate did not tell me there was a fee to use my card. and mastercard/visa state in their policy and im not 100% sure but i think theres a state or federal law as well that states the same. if your charging a fee to use the card it must be on the receipt! and there was no charge on the reciept so they charged more than what the receipt said. second and this is where it gets rough the vape mod i got leaks!!! now it leaks in various places i went atleast twice to try and remedy the issue. never did i ask for a refund on the faulty tank i just asked to switch it out or let me exchange for a different vape kit so this is where they tell me they cant change it out and that all sales are final. soooo im never going there again they sold me a defective product and refused to do anything about it hiding behind their store policy. needless to say i am going to dispute it with my card company. ohhh and another thing to note i paid by card where they say there's a three dollar fee i was not told about but in any case the receipt says cash not card... so yea id steer clear of the one in cross lanes. however i do hear goood things about the one in kanawha city idk if its owned by the same person but the staff has got to be better than the crosslanes store! im going to reach out to the maker of the mod kit i got and see if they will do anything as it does have a warranty. but im certainly disputing the charge as they charged me more than the receipt says oh and lastly i also want to mention i paid 99.99 for the mod kit its self when i got home later i found out via a friend it sells for 29.99 online at various stores so they are also over priced by around 3x what i could have gotten it for from another retailer online.. btw i got a kaos vapsoon 208 kit now this is just one the places ive found this model way cheaper than i paid so just check prices online before you commit to buying from them as they more than doubled the price of the one i got https://myvpro.com/products/sigelei-kaos-vapsoon-208w-starter-kit.. so just becareful when dealing with theses guy especially the crosslanes store read more
