This house had been empty for over a year so the water had a smell. They told me not to drink it or put it on my skin! They took samples to send to their lab. My REALTOR took one look at all this and saw 3 pressure tanks under the house, the kitchen faucet was rusted and clogged, new faucet fixed that "pressure" problem. He then shocked the well himself and water was now fine. And to add insult to injury, they charge a hundred dollars just to come out!! You guessed it...all for nothing! Of course I never did get results for their stupid water test. Disgusting!

My toilet installation was a little more complicated because they also needed to do some electrical work to install my Toto toilet. Unfortunately, during the process of running the wire they accidentally busted a 4 inch hole in my wall. They agreed to come back and repair the damage. Unfortunately, the paint I had on hand didn't match so there's a very obvious paint spot. Happy that they were upfront with their mistake and tried to rectify it though. The bidet attachment install went very smooth. It did have a minor leak which they quickly came back and repaired at no cost. Really love the new toilets I have in my house now and everything is working perfectly.

Impossible, right? Not when Ty and Chad are your plumbers. I try to support local, small businesses whenever I can. But most local plumbers didn't even return my call. And those that did answer the phone or call me back, could not fit me in for days. Everyone was busy. When I told folks I had Roto Rooter coming out, all I heard was "wow they are expensive". Now I can't say what someone else would have charged. But what I can say is that these guys told me when they'd be here. They checked in with me on their way. They fit me in late in the day. They spent the dinner hour going to multiple sources to get the needed parts. They answered all my questions: patiently, thoroughly, repeatedly and in a way I could understand. And then they made the repairs and I had water again just after dark. And although they are just as busy as you would expect, and had just worked a full day before even getting here, they had awesome attitudes. Wow. Just wow. Prompt, expert service is well worth the money. Any day. Roto Rooter will forever be my first call from here out. Thank you Ty and Chad. You made a really bad week so much better!

We had a contract with Roto Rooter for this job. The lead supervisor even fell through our ceiling in the bathroom and said "don't worry we'll take care of that as well". They came one day and left machines on to dry the moisture but didn't tell us we could turn them off after weeks of being on, which ran our electricity bill up tremendously. This was supposed to be a 2 week job by the way. So onto week 4 we still had holes in our walls and insulation and bugs coming out. Every time we called them they wouldn't answer. I finally talked to another guy at their company and he said they already did their job! Totally ridiculous that we were lied into all this. ADVICE: DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS. THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY CLAIM TO BE.

We had been so stressed out, thinking that we had micro cracks in our water pipes due to this year's cold weather, and thought that was why we had low water pressure. We also had a very badly leaking kitchen faucet, and clogged bathroom sinks. The gentleman came out and for the fee that was expected by the insurance, plus just a small amount for a new cartridge in our kitchen faucet, he fixed everything perfectly. Then he gave me the pleasant surprise that there was nothing wrong with our pipes, we just had dirt that had backed up into the fixtures of the bathroom sinks because of work that was done earlier that year outside. He cleaned out the junk and the faucets ran perfectly. He then snaked two of the sinks, and did a third one for free just because it was in the same bathroom. He was extremely professional, and went to Home Depot to get a cartridge because it would be a better price for us. I would use them again for sure.
