I had a septic tank that had an internal leak. I contacted Mr Poo Plumbing (or Michael) to resolve the matter as it was quite urgent for obvious reasons. I was provided an above average pricing for it to be fixed. Upon arrival, his truck reversed over half my front garden, almost hit and killed my dog. Upon vacating my premises, I found out that the leak was not promptly resolved which caused further excess costs. In the end, I had to get AB & TB Plumbing to resolve the issues at a third the cost and was completed within 3 hours, which could not be said for Mr Poo Plumbing Works. I would not recommend and I am only providing 1 star because I cannot vote 0 stars. read more

WOW WOW!! What a job Mr Poo recently installed a brand new hot water heater for me and the unit come slightly scratched even though it was packaged well I didn't mind but Mr Poo was not accepting of this unit. As it was the only one In stock he installed it to get me out of trouble he then made numerous phone calls over the next week chasing up the supplier until they sent out a brand new unit which he took time out of his busy schedule to come and install at NO COST. A very genuine on time and friendly plumber his work is second to non and he takes time out of his day to answer and explain thing previous plumbers don't. read more

Recently we had the pleasure of dealing with Michael of Mr Poo Plumbing. We had a blocked toilet, he came to have a look & gave us the bad news that tree roots had made their way into the pipes! He gave us a few options to do it ourselves & help us save money. He made a few trips to our house to make sure my husband had dug deep enough etc. I'm so glad we chose Mr Poo to fix our pipes. One star is too much for this business. The worst i have meet so far, Micheal spends all day on his phone gloating about how much he makes, only works for 30min out of 2 hours. Destroyed half the garden and path and did not put it back even though he promised he would. Would not recommend read more
