Despite this "thorough" check, the system failed within 48 hours in the exact area they were supposed to have serviced When we called them back to address the oversight, the "warranty" they claim to provide was non-existent. Instead, they charged $155/hour (a rate significantly higher than industry standards) and utilized predatory "flat-rate billing blocks." This meant we were billed for 3 hours of labor for a job that took a fraction of that time. When you add their 50-75%+ markup on parts, you realize you are now paying 4x-5x their initial visit price because they have you over a barrel Key reasons to stay away: Failed Inspections: Their "comprehensive" service is a facade. They failed to identify basic issues during a paid maintenance visit, then charged a premium to return and "discover" their own oversight.
