Serafino's Blue lounge is a Pizza and Pasta restaurant par excellence…read more In the 5 years I have patronised this Venue they have never failed to please with the quality and quantity of their food, My personal favourite is their Pizza and the Henpecker and Mexican stand out as do their Special pizza's including the Jules which is a Roast Lamb, Tomatoe, Spinach, Fetta, Spanish onion and Garlic sauce Pizza which if rolled up would make for the best Souvalaki in Leongatha. My criticism with Pizza has always been lack of quality ingredients and Fred & Mandy go out of their way to keep the quality as high as they can with an excellent cheese blend and high quality Ham and small goods right down to an inhouse blended Tomatoe base. Serafino's also caters for Vegan and Vegetarian's as well as providing Gluten free Pizza Bases on request. With a proper kitchen they also turn out excellent quality Pasta's as well as other Bistro style dishes and they are also licensed to serve Beer, Wine and Spirits. Open every day except Tuesdays it is well worth a visit for sit in or take away and they also deliver to the local area.

The base is thin, and freshly made, you can watch it being cooked in the kitchen's large stone oven. I've just eaten here again, and the pizza was consistently just as good. Unfortunately the bruschetta bread was over-toasted and my glass of Pinot Noir was a bit vinegary. That said, this place still deserves a FIVE. Staff typical small town very polite, especially the few attractive young ladies. There's also an illegal blonde (dyed hair), who is very flirty, and judging by her excellent, confident and gracefully swift manner is probably owner or manager. This place also has a Deli and a Tourist Info office. So pizza just as tasty as the Wilsons Prom National Park is mesmerizing. High praise, consistently well deserved.
