Well needless to say it took months to get it resolved and guess what they tried to say we did that to the floor. I said are you kidding me, what kind of people do they have representing Home Depot? I spent lots of money on this floor and for them to insinuate I did that to the floor. Never will I do business with this or any other Home Depot again and I have been a customer over 16years.
