Open 8:00am to 8:00pm daily, unlabeled goods in the window happily explained by a man using broken English while two bakers worked in the back, it was from a somewhat limited collection that six items were requested, MigaPlaya's Biscuits small and savory with plenty of layers but not nearly so fluffy as the American version. Anticipating imperfect Viennoiserie considering Playa Del Carmen's humidity, a proper assertion based on soft Croissants bolstered by fillings such as Chocolate and Dulce de Leche, Orejas proved better in terms of texture while leavened Bread topped in Custard and Fruit soft, springy and delicious.

It's easy to find though, because it'll be the only one with a huge mass of people around it! There's plenty of grilled and raw onions to be had for toppings, along with cucumber and a spicy red sauce that brings tears to even this Sriracha-obsessed palette!
