I was to witness the owner personally wiping down tables and adjusting furniture. Seeing an owner take such visible pride in their business and never being "too good" to work really stands out to me and sets a great tone for the venue. 2. Happy Hour, Drinks, and Vibe Their happy hour is absolutely amazing, with affordable prices and great options. It normally stops at 7:00 PM, but they extended it until 9:00 PM last night! The drinks were made to order, arrived shortly after ordering, and tasted great. They weren't so strong that you couldn't enjoy them, but they definitely packed a punch. The atmosphere was flawless thanks to the staff and 2 DJs who kept the music upbeat and perfect. The entire crowd was having a time, singing along on cue and swaying to the music. 3. The Food We ordered pasta and happy hour appetizers, and everything was delicious. From presentation to taste, the kitchen delivered exactly what we were hoping for. I have absolutely no complaints. The location: Located next to its flashier cousin, Art Bar, it's easy to miss Two. About 3-4 blocks west of Humboldt on Burleigh, use Art Bar as your landmark. There's plenty of unmetered street parking on Burleigh or the residential streets. The service: When we walked in, we were greeted immediately by the bartender. She also asked if we had ever been there before. Based on the people who came in after us, my guess is that she knows the regulars. Very cool. The drinks: My first sip of Dark and Stormy was all rum. I didn't mind, so when I stirred, it was perfectly balanced. Good ginger beer, good rum. The Moscow Mule Hubsy got was sweeter than my drink which was surprising but delightful.
