The gentleman supporting me messed it up a 3rd time. And I had to come back a different day. So when I went back, it still wasn't done. And he took no accountability and just kept saying the same story over and over and apologizing over and over again. Let's make matter a worse shall we? Today April 6th I got a letter from the IRS stating they couldn't direct deposit my refund into my account because the account number was in correct. Mind you, the gentleman I was working with, I repeated it back to him 3 times, straight from my banking app and he repeated it twice. But hey at least I got my NY tax refund check via mail. No customer service, no accountability, not even a call or a sorry, just simple excuses that it was my fault.
