This is a response to your comment made on my original review. You stated that you "explained that…read moreadditional pressure could damage the deck and offered options for cleaning versus stripping." That's great, but you never explained that to me - probably because we don't have a deck. You also said, "When we checked with you before leaving, youmentioned everything looked great." No, I did not say this, because we were out of town. I only saw photos that you sent of the job. I expressed that I was concerned that I could still see large dark areas in the driveway, but it assured me that if was just because that some areas were still wet, and that's why it looked dark. I paid you regardless, because you didn't want to wait the 6 hours until we got home to see it. I'm not really sure why you would make up conversations we never had, but I also do still have the text messages if you want to push this any further. I dropped my rating to 2-stars, simply because you stated things that were not true.

If you are looking to have the mold removed from your roof, I highly recommend JAB Pressure Washing…read moreServices. A family-owned and run business, Steve and his lovely daughter, Kirsti did an outstanding job. I cannot be happier with the results and to be told that my roof is in great condition after the cleaning was the highlight. These Florida oaks are a bane to shingle roofs and add in the humid weather and we have the perfect mold growing conditions which can shorten the lifespan of a shingle roof. My roof was black in places and as a new Florida homeowner had not come across this on shingle roofs before. I didn't even know exactly what color my roof should be as it was so dirty-looking. As you can see from the before and after pics, it looks amazing. JAB did a soft wash of my home to ensure there would be no streaking once they tackled the roof and then proceeded with the soft wash on the shingles. (They DID NOT pressure wash the roof for those who are thrown by the term "Pressure Washing Services" in their name.) The estimate was reasonable and the job was completed within two hours. Give JAB a call if you need an estimate or have questions about the process. Steve and his staff are happy to provide you with all info you may need
