Read more... Sooner Elite was contacted and texted me back. They were out early the next morning. They looked and said that only one section was sagging as a screw had come loose. They added extra strap hangers as required for support on the rest of the ducting and repaired the sagging duct connection. I took a quick look later and it looks great! My driveway was just a rutted path thru the hedge that grows wild everywhere & one guy spent the entire time on it. It is pretty flat now & I am able to mow it. He also did things a previous guy said he couldn't or wouldn't do. I have some places around my 1.5 acres to dump what was cut so I didn't need a lot hauled off, just the small stuff from along the driveway. They didn't leave a single branch for me to pick up. I have more work I'd like done so when it is cooler in the Fall I will call him again. I also thought his fee was very reasonable. Outstanding job, highly recommend!
