I don't think the scent was minimized either because my puppy went back to some of the same spots. The cost was over $300.00 which is more than was listed on Yelp. When I mentioned this, I was told that they gave me free Scotchgusrd- I don't think so! I think my carpet has a musty smell as well. I wanted to call them back, but my husband did want to contend with wet carpet again. I should have used Stanley Steamer. They arrived an hour and a half late. They showed up in a very unprofessional manner. Upon…read more"completing" the cleaning they had hardly cleaned anything and did not clean what we asked them to. We had to repeatedly go around our home to show what else we needed done. I eventually just agreed that it was good enough. After going through the house the next few days, I honestly don't even know what he cleaned or if he did anything. I have cleaned everything in my home myself, and have not found one part of the home that looks clean after his service. At first I felt bad because the man that came was so kind and nice, but honestly I cannot believe I spent $200 on literally nothing. I wish I could just get my money back... Also, It states online that they accept credit cards but apparently only take Venmo. Which wasn't working for us at the time with the card that we wanted to use to pay with, so we had to pay with an account we didn't want to have to use. This was extremely dissatisfactory for us. Pretty disappointed overall. I have stewed over this the last few days. Because at first I was so happy to support this small business.. but I think it was such an overall terrible experience that something needed to be said. We paid $200 for literally nothing. We had just moved into our house and I wanted the house to be cleaned before we brought our stuff in and instead of being able to put things away I had to spend hours doing what I thought I paid someone else to do...
