They admitted to me they were unable to find the fault and as a gesture of Good will did not charge me. Kipling on the other hand decided to charge me over £300 for a new alternator (2 days prior to this, breakdown repair services ran a diagnostic on my car and advised that my alternator was fine and that I would most likely need a new battery). Rather than change the battery, Kipling opted for the more expensive option. Handing me back my car STILL FAULTING. As a so called professional garage this is negligent as the car is unsafe to drive. Potentially causing a hazard to myself, pedestrians and other motor vehicle users. Being 5 mins apart. If you need your car repaired, go to F1 AUTOS, the Honest Garage.

I called this company out to change a tyre on my BMW X3 today. The fitter first called to advise…read morethat he was on in his way and as promised had arrived in 15mins. When he arrived, he quickly completed the assessment and paperwork and completed the job very efficiently. Would highly recommend, very skilled / knowledgeable and I'm glad their local. Very polite and friendly - I would definitely use Kipling again.
