Christian and Demi came on the date scheduled and exactly on time and did an absolutely fantastic job of getting all the windows and the storm windows cleaned. Our house is difficult because our house has old-fashioned windows with eight-over-eight small panes all around, which take a lot of effort. They climbed up on the porch and the portico roof to clean hard-to-reach windows. We were very impressed with their efficiency and attention to detail, and in addition, they were cheerful and friendly. We would definitely call them !!! again and recommend them.

Nonetheless: reliable and fairly friendly. Over time, though, performance diminished; and the reason we terminated them was that the number of items being broken increased markedly, including fairly precious hand-crafted items, and was never mentioned to us - I would just return home to find it smashed :(. So: may suit your needs, but monitor for care and don't expect more than a very surface clean.

He is also personable and he and Jennifer are a pleasure to deal with. Within an hour of our call, they were back to us. Kevin and Dan drove to our home location and reviewed our situation. The next day we had a very competitive proposal with a next day starting time. They arrived at 8:00 AM, on time, and started the agreed repairs. As I was out of the house on all 3 days, they performed their duties as to what was to be done. Additionally, in installing a surround tub and backwall, they removed a 40-year-old tub and disposed of it. Installing a bathroom vent and painting the walls and ceiling was masterful completion to a 3-day completion. They are two well-mannered individuals who I would trust in handling any type of repairs to our most important investment in our lives: Our Home. Do not miss the opportunity to work with them in any home repair situation. Respectfully, Paul & Virginia Tymchyn Altamont, NY
