When I mentioned this to the owner, he questioned whether or not I was telling the truth! He asked if he could see my house cameras, to see if what I was saying was accurate. After he called my integrity into question and it was demonstrated that his employee had lied directly to him and what I was saying was true he had little to say at that point. The bottom line is this, there are a lot of companies that go out with detergent and soft wash houses. This owner and his employees are not the ones you want working at your property.

The owner and her husband did the cleaning themselves. We had a lovely chat with them while they were cleaning. They were very efficient and got the job done faster than I expected. They were great with our dog, who gets a little excited when new people are around.

I called them an hour later and they forgot! Ok, I let it go and they came later that week. The 3rd time they did a great job cleaning. The 4th time another no show! I called and left a message! No response till the next day, after I called again and left another message! I got an email saying they had a family emergency! Ok, I understand but this is your job. At least call me and let me know! They said they would reschedule but after 4 days of no response I cancelled their service! I was very disappointed in them!
