They are always very professional. If you want to try them out, call them for an appointment first. It is best to drop off your car and let them call you when it is ready. Because of covid, they attempt to be safe, and the customer lounge is not always available. In a day and age that everything cost more, and you still get less. The service was lazy, they cleaned the inside of my car with dirty rags and never changed them out. I sat there for 40 minutes and saw them use the same rags on every car that was serviced! My detail on the inside was done at 20%. The only thing was wiped down on the inside were my seats. The prices they have advertised on the building are not correct! I was expecting to pay $19 as advertised but the owner charged me $21. They claim that they wax your car but that's a lie. THE ESTABLISHMENT STEALS!! I called up there about two hours after I left because I left a bag with brand new purchases inside the bag and the owner claimed they didn't see it or have it. When I KNOW I left it there accidentally while the inside of my car was being detailed. I would not recommend because the lady owner or director is a liar and I tipped $6 for nothing!

There are two lines when you first get here. Everything is so high tech and fancy right now. It's definitely the nicest car wash I've been to! My car came out so clean. They made it a point to understand what type of speaker upgrade I was looking for and they performed a sound check to identify what was required. I was concerned about taking the dash apart (factory speakers) because of the age of the vehicle. Once they recommended replacement speakers, I let them know that I could schedule an appointment for later to come in for the installation, but they were able to get the speakers and install them while I waited. They were very knowledgeable about the replacement process and the speakers sound great. This was something that I had wanted to do for a very long time and this shop made it happen quickly. I am very happy with the results and I will to use them for other services in the future.

To get off bugs and stuff I guess. The 5 $ wash is good enough for a car that's not really bad, and you get in and out really fast. There vacuuming system is really nice. Very strong. Just wish they would offer air fresheners and towels to wipe the glass off, so there would be no water spots. But all and all it is a great and fast car wash.
