    Really professional. Had them out to look at my washer and the tech was super knowledgeable. Very nice and they didn't overcharge.

    Do not use this service. If you do, you will have wasted your time. Cliff was the service man…read morethat called me after being scheduled through the Lowe's Protection Plan we purchased when we bought our refrigerator. From the initial phone call from Cliff, I was uncertain if he was going to make it. Because there was a discussion about the window time and traveling time to meet him between 12:00-3:00. Told him my husband worked an hour away from home, that he would call him when he left work. On the scheduled day, as promised, my husband called when he left work. No response from Cliff. After waiting a couple of hours my husband called back couple more times again no response from Cliff. On my way home, after 3:00, Cliff called to inform me he was in route. I told him my husband was already there waiting for him. When Cliff arrived in a dark blue uniform with no ID on uniform, he came in to evaluate the refrigerator issue, and maybe spent 15 minutes at the most. As he was departing, he stated he was going to have to order the part that needed to be repaired. I requested that he return phone calls next time somebody calls him so that we know he's actually coming. He stated if we don't like his service we can call somebody else. When my husband got out of the shower, he called Cliff to also inform him that the temperature information was not displaying anymore since the water leak. Cliff's reply was it's not supposed to. So my husband proceeded to tell him that it did before the water leak. Cliff's response was if you don't like my service call someone else. This has to be the worst repair service I've ever encountered. Do not use cliff from Preferred Appliance Repair offered through Lowe's Protection Plan. The company doesn't even deserve one star, with this kind of representation.

    Assigned to Preferred Appliance Repair via Lowe's Protection Plan to address Whirlpool refrigerator…read moreicemaker. Suppose to arrive 1/14/25 between 12pm and 5 pm. Preferred called around noon to change to 1/15/25 between 12pm and 3pm with assurance they would be here. As 3pm approached and no phone call, text or arrival, I called Preferred (804 787-0603) a few times letting it ring - no answer. I eventually called Lowe's Protection Plan. They wanted to reschedule with Preferred, however I insisted on another service. Hope the next will be successful. Stay tuned...
