Friendly guy who always make me feel at ease whatever treatment(even my recent root canal treatment). Im with him as a NHS patient so cheap as chips, however not sure if he is taking on new patients as NHS Not easy to get parking as mostly resident only parking outside - however there are limited spaces nearby which allow you to park for upto 2 hours. However just at the bottom of the road is the massive multi storey car park at Toys r us !

My doctor was also very nice, helpful and patient. If you have an urgent problem they manage it to see you on the same day which is brilliant! Go there! :)

You are placed in a large room with a total of four clinicians, all treating patients. You are able to see exactly what treatment each patient is receiving. We chose not to have treatment on that occasion. Recently, my younger daughter was referred for a brace and was told she needed treatment. The same impersonal service was given. Less then 24 hours prior to her brace fitting the appointment was cancelled. The customer service was inadequate on this occasion. Delaying the appointment for another month. My daughter suffers with anxiety issues, which the company were aware of, yet no compromise was offered. I feel we dodged a bullet here- there emergency appointments we were told only last 5 minutes!! I can only imagine the service you would receive once you had the brace in place if patients are treated in this manner before any treatment. When asked if further orthodontists were available in the area we were told there were not. A LIE-there are another 3.
