It has been a tough year repairing extensive damage caused by Hurricane Fiona but the team at Mallard Painting were a dream to deal with. The level of customer service makes them an excellent choice if you want painting contractors you can count on. They even made sure to cover my new new chimney before painting so it maintained its pristine appearance. I could not be happier with the finished result.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I was flying home for week to empty my 86 year…read moreMother's house, before we can move her into an apartment and needed a disposal bin. Spoke with them well in advance of my trip, provided a deposit, and was assured the bin would be there for Monday 30 Aug. I even had a nice chat with lady who took the order, she sympathized with the difficulty in caring for elderly family while living away. I phoned them from my Mom's Monday morning "we can't deliver the bin this morning as two drivers called in sick. It's very possible it will be there in the afternoon". No bin Monday. Tuesday morning "we're short drivers, but we'll have the bin there this afternoon". 1400 Tuesday, no bin. Another call, now I'm very frustrated and make that clear. I'd like the owner/manager to call me. I'd like them to expedite this work order, I'm running out of time. Wednesday, no bin. Final call "we're very sorry but we can't fulfill this order. I plead with them, but sadly it's clear my 86 year old Mother and I have been "flushed". Finally I ask if they know a competitor who they (or I)could call. "Try looking on the internet" was the young woman whom I'd been dealing with reply. I was told (or course) that the pleasant, compassionate woman I spoke with 3 weeks earlier no longer works there. The owner didn't even have the dignity or courage to phone me personally. This company lacks, among many other things, morality and ethics. After some frantic phone calls Kildare Construction came to my rescue and dropped a disposable bin off just hours after I got in touch with them. I'm forever grateful. Stay clear of Label Construction.
