Had a large dying tree that was threatening my neighbors home. With all the storms in the forecast, I was worried it would come down. Called and talked to Derek, and he showed up discussed the job. No preasure sales to extend the scope of work. Gave me an estimate on the spot. Took down the tree between storms. Pointed out some problems with a large oak tree, but told me it was to early to work on the tree it should be done in the late fall or winter. I had them take out a large shrub that was growing into my electric lines and charged a minimum fee and then cleaned up some limbs on another tree for me. Gave me some recommendations on other trees and some potential problems to look out for without any pressure sales. The clean up was amazing! Could not tell anything had been done. Scheduled tree trimming service via Yelp and got in contact with MPR Tree Enterprises. Got a text from Derek acknowledging online request. Scheduled for him to come out on Wednesday at noon for estimate. Got a text that he was running late just minutes before noon. Had to reschedule for Thursday. I asked him what time but he never clarified, so I assumed it would be around noon. Derek was a no-call, no-show and did not text either. It is 2:30 pm on Thursday and still have not heard anything. I guess my job was too little so was not important. I can not recommend MPR Tree Enterprises due to the lack of customer service.**Update: Finally received text at 4:25 pm that he was available for estimate. Was not happy... I would have been waiting all day if I was not working. When I texted my displeasure, the received response was that it was tough to please everyone when you're busy.
