The seating/furniture was okay but not super kid friendly. I would have liked to see some bean bag chairs or a carpeted area for a casual relaxed reading. It was not crowded at all just after the lunch hour and it was a good time for all of us.

Street Racing: Low-level street racing plagues the bridge at night, creating loud disturbances heard for miles. Shockingly, it seems to evade law enforcement--or they turn a blind eye. 2. Water Contamination: The water is often unsafe for swimming due to litter and interstate runoff polluting the area daily. 3. Safety Concerns: Most troubling of all, several human bodies have been found under and around Gandy Bridge in the past 5-10 years. One of these incidents occurred as recently as 2021 during my time living on Gandy Road. Whether you're a traveler or a local, beware of this area.
