Alonddra, the owner, was very easy to communicate with to set everything up. She helped me choose the background, templates, video colors for the booth, and memory book! She really is wonderful! We used Pink Print Photo Booth for my little one's birthday party. The kids (and adults too) had so much fun using the props Alonddra brought over to capture the beautiful pics on the mirror Photo Booth. At the end of the party, Alonddra handed me a memory book with a copy of all the pics and a message next to each pic from the guests! I also received a link with a digital copy of all the pics. Before I detail my negative…read moreexperience with Evolving Media, I want to acknowledge that Claudia, the photographer, was very courteous and pleasant to work with. I was very disappointed with the quality of the photos. Prior to and during event, I was careful to explain to Mike and Claudia what I was looking for in the photos. Sadly, communication did not produce the outcome that I expected, and the family (including the bride-to-be) are disappointed. Many of photos were duplicates (e.g. 20 percent of all photos were of two games that lasted about 20 minutes-out of a 4 hour event). In addition, a significant portion of the photos were extremely dark, out of focus, and weren't framed correctly (e.g. subjects were not centered). Important cake cutting photos were all blurry. When I contacted Mike about the poor quality of the photos, his response - quoting his text to me - was. . . "I'm sorry to hear that you are disappointed. We do our best to photograph every event based on the lighting condition available." He only offered defensive excuses, instead of any remedy. Even an amateur photographer understands the value of lighting, but the most important factor is the proper focus of subject(s)/surrounding(s). Out-of-focus photos should not be considered as a lighting issue. SLR cameras have adjustable settings and/or flash to compensate for indoor lighting. I would never rehire or recommend Evolving Media to anyone. One hires a photographer to capture important moments to treasure for the rest of your life. To date, I am still trying to digitally correct the photos myself. I have spent hours upon hours cropping, editing, and digitally manipulating these photos to salvage some for the bride-to-be. Sadly, Mike's response left much to say about his customer service ethic.
