I sent a picture and he said he could easily fix this and we had agreed on pricing and a date. I took a vacation day from work so he could come but he had to reschedule the day before. He said he was 'very sorry and never does this' but needed to reschedule to the following week. That was no problem, I switched my day off from work. Now, two days before Stavros sends a text message "I won't be able to do your job, I have too much on at the moment" - didn't have the decency to even call. I called him back 3 times and he didn't answer. I sent a text back to ask when we could reschedule for and he said 'not for a while.' Very unprofessional. His website claims he does repairs of all shapes and sizes. I also don't get how he went from being apologetic for rescheduling, to cancelling the job altogether. Definitely would not recommend him, very poor customer service. When I had sent and upset message back about being unprofessional he sent a text saying "your not a customer." That should say enough as to what he thinks about people who will pay for his services.

I decided to call Mr. Handyman and have this problem resolved once and for all after months of frustration. I originally wanted the shower frame moved inward so it's flush with the base on the inside, thus making the gap wider and more conducive to cleaning. Steven, the handyman, suggested a more cost-effective solution of "filling" the gap by first taking off the glass and partially the frame. The gap and the outside of the shower glass that was unreachable were then cleaned and put back. Finally two pre-cut particle boards were fitted and siliconed to have the gap filled. The service was prompt and the handyman courteous and professional. I find the rate reasonable and would highly recommend it to anybody who have small renovation projects like mine.
