It was the first time I have been in your store and was so impressed with the customer service from a member of your staff that I'm sat here writing to congratulate the effort he put in the making my experience one which I won't forget. He started off buy greeting me with a smile and helping me get the parts for the pump I required and even fitted the part to the pump for me. Then when looking for the correct compressor which was out of stock, but had just been delivered went into stores and fished it out for me even delivered it to my car after paying. I love great customer service and this man exeled himself and I will highly recommend people in the future. I'm not sure if he was the manager his name on the recipet was andy.a, he obviously knows his job well as he knew every problem I threw at him and solved it in great detail. Thanks for a great service and see you again in the future.

they are a load of con merchants and not a clue as to the motor trade send the wrong wheels that do…read morenot fit car then send spacers which again do not fit and only send 2 which I have 4 wheels on my car. had to get a garage to confirm they were not fitting the car. Have not received my money yet and they have had the wheels returned to them since the 2nd of April they do not answer emails and never return phone calls. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS LOT DO NOT TOUCH THEM NOT A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT.

Off airport car park that offers valet services etc whilst you are away…read more To find the car park (if coming on a658 from Leeds) After coming through tunnel turn left at roundabout (NOT right for main airport terminal) and entrance to car par is about 400 yards along the road on the left, marked with a guardsman sign. You leave your keys with the staff at the car park reception and they will park your car and drop you off in a minibus at the airport. They then meet you with the minbus on your return. The service is good for an off airport car park, but they are not much cheaper than the main on site airport car park and I think Sentinel have a few downsides: They have your car keys and move your car around their car park whilst you are away (they shuffle the spaces). During the summer there were very long queues waiting for their little buses - as everyone arrives at once! otherwise though an okay service.

The next day the lads came round at the time they promised and had my new screen in within the hour . very professional very affordable very affcent.
