I have bought my last 2 cars from here and with 1 exception have never experienced a problem and the time I did, i phoned up and he quickly had it at the garage and fixed for me. it is a family run business by father and son, so you know who you are dealing with all the time and they will go that extra length to help you. if you cant find what you need they will try and help find something. They part exchange and offers fairly reasonable prices. Test drives can be done anytime and welcome to go out by yourself. Once the sale is completed everything is usually sealed within a few days and they always give a warranty for reassurance.

It's far cheaper than you'd expect for a main dealer garage, servicing is always outstanding, and I've never yet been fobbed off about something. I know I sound like I should be getting commission, but they really are good. The last time I went my customer service adviser (I think that's their title) removed most of the costly items from the bill as either not needing doing, or had the price worked into the rest of the bill. I'm sure it's standard, but it feels nice. Courtesy cars are also amazing, though do make you want to go shopping. I love my car as people who know me will have realised, and I honestly wouldn't take it anywhere else.

I walked in, they looked at it for me and fixed it on the spot. 15 minutes and 10 pounds onwards I was on my way. Allen who helped me was friendly and professional and explained everything he did, including checking and changing the fuses. I would recommend this garage any day!!
