After several branches were cut the owner ,Owen asked if it was ok NOT to finish the job stating the tree was too difficult to cut!! What tree removal company quits half way through the job citing it's too hard to cut?! The deal was he would repair my door and charge half of the agreed estimate , since he didn't want to finish the job. In addition , several large oil stains from his truck were left for me to power wash taking me three hours . The door was repaired but would not open or close . When I notified Owen I needed to get my mower out he stated he would be out the next day to fix . A week later he still hasn't shown up, so I ended up fixing it myself . I wanted to give this young company an opportunity to get his business to grow, turning down two matching bids from more established companies. I was left with half a tree remaining , oil stained driveway and a broken shed door that didn't function after the owner "repaired " it. I would not recommend this company. See attached photos. He has a crack staff that can be assembled in hours, even on weekends to accommodate any emergency. How do I know? I had a 60-70 ft tree about 15 feet from my house near several power lines. The trunk rapidly split down the middle. And of-course it had to happen on a Saturday morning so it was after hours. Steve made my problem his priority after calling him. He quoted, rallied his crew, and had it on the ground, cut up, shredded, and cleaned up within SIX hours !!! That was the most impressive feat I've seen for any contractor I hired. Everyone of his staff was professional. He made it a point to preserve my front lawn during the removal process. He also returned a day or two later to grind out the stump, a 30 min task for him. He may not be the lowest quote for tree service, but you are gaining the piece of mind that he'll solve your tree problem FAST and EFFECTIVE. Two things that matter when dealing with any tree problem.

Fare prices with great follow up. They've cut down trees, moved landscape plants, put protective layer and rocks around entire periphery of my house, mowed, hauled yard debris and just about anything else I've asked. They don't do stump removal but gave me a recommendation but wanted to make sure I was pleased with the price and work.
