Very warm welcome and friendly customer service. We were lucky enough to find parking on the street. Beautiful open area, bar, seating throughout. The room was a bit cramped. They give you suitcase stands that are hanging in the wall, but once you set them up there is no room to walk around. Coffee and tea in the room. The sink is out side the water closet. They had an elite members event in a small corner, however people who were not elite were filling their plates with food and pouring wine. The morning buffet was fantastic! Many choices of food, well presented, fresh, even eggs to order. Awesome! However, it was not monitored. We pre-paid for this breakfast when we checked in, but everyone was enjoying it, there was no one checking to see who paid. It was chaotic, packed, and no seating available. Being a member they still charged us for water. They did have water stations to refill water bottles. The fitness area was amazing and clean. They have laundry, you pay for, and a closet with extra supplies, ice, and ironing. read more
