I am new to Medicare and having issues with Medicare Part B. I tried to get help from Paul Doran…read morehimself. I found out that my part B was discontinued without any knowledge. I then suffered a major injury requiring surgery. Nothing was covered. He said, "We'll get you through this". I was not blaming his office at all but there was quite a bit of confusion during the process. Apparently I was asking too many questions. I called his office simply to get my account # for part C. The calls were never returned. His text responses were, stop contacting me, you're wasting my time. And then, "OK enough... I'm stopping communication with you". The only reason I'm being courteous is because we have a mutual friend. I couldn't imagine how it would have been if we hadn't. This is NOT the guy you want handling your medicare insurance. It's shocking what he doesn't know about the process. It's all about the money for him. ZERO support after the sale.
