They went above and beyond and I highly recommend them. Steve provided detailed and accurate description of the work scope as well as a couple of differently priced options. He was very clear about what it would cost, how soon he could begin the project and how long until completion. Upon completion of the project, the expectations of my builder, my wife and me were all exceeded. I was on-site a few times during the project and the level of workmanship was fantastic. He accomplished everything he stated he would and we were very pleased with the final result. We have a few more projects over the next year or two and Steve will be the guy I go to.

The staff were very knowledgeable and patient as we looked through their wide selection before deciding on what we wanted. We finally decided on a Colorado Blue Spruce Tree and some Juniper. We loved both selections and are excited to see the growth in the future. As time passes we'll come back to add some more trees and plants for our property. Thank you to all the staff who helped us.

We can't think of a single way we could be more pleased with the work Grand Scapes has done for us!…read more We began with a back yard desperately in need of a vision, and ended up with a gorgeous 24 foot semi-in ground pool with rock surround, graded and cleared space, muddy banks replaced with mulch and gravel, and a yard that was a major pain to mow, made much nicer with gravel edging and beds. We chose Grand Scapes because we were looking for more than just someone to plant shrubs--we needed someone to offer us a vision for our property and do it as a turn-key project, which is exactly what Richard, Doug, and Pepé did. Besides doing a fantastic job of landscaping, they were so quiet we didn't know they were on the place, and they cleaned up perfectly after themselves all the way. We would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, skilled landscape design and installation. These guys had all the equipment, skillls, and resources needed to do a great job, and we didn't have to lift a finger. We even felt great leaving the project in their hands while we took a week's vacation out of state. Oh, and the pool they installed for us was at a fraction of the price for most in-ground pools and looks absolutely wonderful!

Started working without speaking to me 1st even though 5 cars in the driveway. Already had holes dug for posts when I came out. Called Chad to discuss the discrepancy on height and style. I said I would take the 6ft but pay the 6ft price. That's where things went south. He told me I signed a quote for the higher price and never gave him the green light for 8ft fence vs 6ft. He told me he'd send the quote, but I never got it. I was stuck making a decision on what to do while he already had $2400 of my money. I decided to just take it up the you know what and get a 6ft fence even though that isn't what we agreed on. I felt backed into a corner and he was adamant I agreed to $4800 for 6ft. He never said he would check his paperwork - just adamant! An hour or so after this convo I checked my Ring security cam footage, and it did capture our entire conversation about pricing and what I wanted and what I paid a deposit for. He wouldn't answer my calls, but he returned my text that I could pay $3900 vs $4800. I said NO, $3800 is on the video. His men had half the fence frame built by this time, so I had no leverage to come back and say I wanted 8ft for the $4800 we agreed on. Too late. Spoke to him the next day and no accountability taken by the owner at all. Screamed and cussed at me when I tried to discuss. Denied ever telling me I signed a quote. Denied I ever approved an 8ft fence. Kept saying he lowered the price to the agreed price but as the contractor doesn't understand that means nothing to me when you lowered the price only because I have video evidence on what we agreed on. Without me having that video he was adamant I pay $4800 for 6ft. If I had not been home, I'd have gotten a 6ft dog ear fence instead of an 8ft cap and rail fence and I would have paid an extra $1000 for it.
