We called Eddie Biddy on the recommendation of a neighbor. Eddie came out to look at our tree, and I had him look at two cedar stumps I needed gone. He called me the next day and discussed the price. He was very clear on how much each task would cost, with and without cleanup. Because of the tree location, his crew was going to have to carry the pieces by hand to their truck - NOT an easy task! I felt the price for the work was fair, and agreed to the contract. Eddie mailed me a copy of the estimate (which was very detailed - almost a full page written). His crew came out the following week and felled the tree. Due to how brittle the tree was and the danger that would pose if they tried to cut it incrementally, they had to bring it down all at once. With their equipment, it came down exactly where they wanted it to. They cleaned up everything perfectly. The stump grinders came the next day, and finished the job.
