I had severe disc damage at L5/S1, the inflammation made the sciatic nerve extremely irritated and painful. I couldn't be on my feet for more than a couple minutes, I couldn't sit and for days I wasn't able to sleep for more than 20 -30 minutes at the time. The pain would wake me up. Dry needling brought the inflammation down immediately. After two sections, I was sleeping better, walking and started riding my mountain bike again.
