They also have an app that I utilized though out the whole process. it was especially useful when I was looking at homes to get an idea of what my cost per month would be with it's easy to use calculator. They don't care, like a lot of big corporations, knowing that Americans are struggling they don't care. By the way, this isn't the only negative experience I've had with this company.
