Now I have given this company My information, my time, and nearly my money. Don't waste your time here, you'll just end up disappointed.

I recently purchased some property; Kristie and her team was super on top of it. Prompt return of phone calls/emails, very clear communication of costs, and who would be responsible. Clear estimates of completion of work. Fast timely turn around of an in-home notary and prompt filing of paperwork. They were just amazing. I wish my prior closings had been with them. If you're going to have to pay the fees anyway, you might as well get the best service. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Consider them for your next closing!

I was a client of Jerry Gregory for home owners insurance since 2005. When I signed the contract…read moreit was supposed to be for a condominium but he charged me for a house. Being a new home owner I trusted Jerry had done the right thing and provided me the right insurance. This went on for over 10 years where he was over charging me over $500 a year. When I finally realized this and approached his office about this, another agent Matt initially reviewed the situation and said they were wrong and should be paying me back the money for all those years but Jerry had to still review the case. Once Jerry reviewed the case he refused to pay back the money and told me that I can submit a complaint if I didn't like that he wouldn't do anything. The complaint was filed and State Farm acknowledged that Jerry Gregory didn't do the proper thing and provide the right service and give me the right insurance all those years. But even with their acknowledgement of Jerry's wrong doing they would only pay back a small portion of what they should have citing some 'policy' they refused to provide me and if I wanted the whole some I would need to sue Jerry Gregory himself. The few thousand dollars Jerry stole from me wasn't worth the aggravation but he is not a honest person and even worse insurance agent. Anyone going to Jerry better know exactly what they need and want because he is not the expert he claims to be.

Continued from my AAA review:…read more I returned to AAA and talked to my agent who told me she would check into my problem and get back with me within a couple of days. She never called me back like she promised so I finally called her back in the middle of the following week. She apologized and told me she had lost the piece of paper with my phone number on it. I guess she could not look my phone number up on my policy? I made an appointment and met with my agent at the AAA office the next morning. I was expecting my agent to lower my rates and maybe even give me a credit for the portion of my premium that I was overcharged for the previous year. I was not expecting my agent to tell me that my premium would still be over $2000. When I questioned her as to why she was charging me such an exorbitant amount she came up with an extremely lame story about me having two points against my record. If you remember, the other agent assured me I only had one. I can only guess that they did not want to have to rebate money to me for the past year so they decided to figure out a really lame lie to keep my insurance at the same rate. She also told me again that it was my responsibility to have filed those reports and the reason the others person's information was filed and mine was not was that we had different claims adjusters. Wait a second, didn't a claims adjuster contact me and tell me she was going to be the claims agent for both of us? My agent again told me that they are the only insurance company that files accident reports and proof of financial responsibility for their members. When I replied that the woman in the financial responsibility office told me that was not true, she said the woman probably did not know what she was talking about. All the lady at the department of financial responsibility does all day is deal with these reports. I am pretty sure she knows what she is talking about (LOL). It was more than time for me to look for a company that appreciates my business and treats me with the respect and dignity I deserve as a paying customer and does not continually lie to me. I feel really sad that I had to change companies after almost 40 years. I guess it is true that nothing ever stays the same. It was at this point that I decided to shop my automobile insurance on line. It was quick and easy. I filled out a form with my pertinent information and immediately started getting quotes both on line and on my phone. Within a few hours I had already decided on a company that offered the most services for the least amount of money. That company was 21rst Century Insurance. At first I was apprehensive about using an insurance company that I could not sit down face to face with my broker. It was not until I found out my girl friend has been using them for almost 15 years, that I decided to give them a chance. I am extremely happy about saving $700 and I hope I will never have to use their services. The end

I had to complete numerous federal and NJ…read morestate tax returns and NJ estate tax forms such as L-4 forms and tax waiver requests, as the executor of my Dad's estate. My father was financially active until his death and had a lot of accounts, investments, unpaid bills and revenue streams. Max quoted me a fixed price and prepared all returns and other tax documents accurately and quickly and within the agreed-to price, which was very reasonable. He was able to give me excellent advice whenever questions arose. Even though I live 200 miles away in another state, he was willing to work with me over the phone and we managed all the back and forth of the paperwork via email or by mail. He was always extremely accessible, responsive and courteous. Today I receive the final notification from the state of NJ that the estate tax matters have been settled and closed.
