Do note waste your time and energy with these nasty greedy people that own NATASHA BOUTIQUE .

The store is neatly laid out and much smaller than the location on Granville but the displays are well organized and the merchandise can easily be seen. I had walked in after my wife and I was standing around actually adding the business listing in the store while she was speaking to the staff. I already knew there wasn't a listing because the other store didn't have one either. Again my wife seemed to be interested in the leggings. The cashmere she sampled again getting a good chance to feel it she said it was good quality. Again, I'll defer to her knowledge on the subject as she knows clothes very well. The customer service and attention is very helpful and not at all at either store at any time did we feel neglected or ignored. I was also asked if I had been helped and I had said I was with my wife who was already speaking with an employee. The staff at both locations seemed helpful, patient, attentive and very knowledgeable about their products. The prices for the quality of their products is very reasonable. Cashmere is an expensive product but this is not cheap quality products being sold here.

Loved to see she would pick up pieces I won't think of grabbing and creating me a look that I have wanted but wouldnt be able to pick or put together myself. She has a true talent and is a kindered spirit for sure. Highly recommend adding items from this one of a kind boutique to our wareborde!

The prices were very fair for the quality, every dress I tried on was under $200. When I was there I was the only person in the store, so I felt very comfortable when I was trying on dresses in front of the manager and my boyfriend. She was so sweet, very helpful and gave me heels to wear when I was looking in the mirror. She helped me chose my dress and was perfectly on the line between giving me time and space to decide, but also telling me how gorgeous the dresses looked. I felt no pressure to purchase, but when you try the right dress on, you know! She also had shoes in store that we very modestly priced, a cute pair of loafers only $40. Other, short dresses were more copious around the store, as well as jewelry and tops. I didn't have time to explore all the racks, but any upcoming occasion I have I will no doubt be returning here first. Cheapest prices, cutest, trendiest clothes and the sweetest girl running it all. Definitely recommend you giving this place a try. The only downside to this place is that it's not a chain, so if it's not on the racks it's not available, but I actually really like that. It adds to the uniqueness of the dress, especially for events such as graduation.

Realizing she was wrong said I could get a store credit ( insisting she was doing me a favour). I told her I don't shop here and would like a refund instead. Thats when the store manager stepped and said we can't. And that my boyfriend would have been informed that it was in store credit only. Which he was not. She then said if you want money back, I could go sale it MYSELF the 2 day old dress I never worn. I have never in my life. Please contact me at michayla.agyeman@gmail.com
