I'm a first time homeowner and don't really have a lot of knowledge regarding irrigation systems. Not to mention the previous homeowner left the system in dismay. Dennis was extremely helpful taking the time to explain every detail to me about the control box, valves, and heads, all while teaching Jake (in training) new skills. When we found out the control clock was fried, he warned me against certain brands and was kind enough to go out of his way to purchase one through a local distributor, saving me time and money, and allowing for me to get a high quality clock without having to wait for shipping or settling for lower quality. He also came back to my property a second time. After the initial troubleshooting kept him longer than expected, he had to leave, so as to not be late for his next appointments, assuring me he would come back at the end of his day. Sure enough he and Jake returned to finish the job just as promised and once the system was up an running, Dennis walked around the property checking to make sure everything was in working order, explaining things and replacing broken parts along the way. It all ended with a firm handshake and a new loyal customer! The price was very reasonable, and even less than I was quoted from some competitors. To say I'm impressed is an understatement. Dennis is extremely hard working, knowledgeable, polite, and a true asset to your company. I will also be referring you by word of mouth to anyone in the valley that may need work done. Dan and his amazing crew completely transformed our once sad looking front yard to a clean, durable, well and professionally built large deck complete with a firepit and area for future pergola. Daniel was careful to always ask us specifics on pavers, colors, lighting, etc before he proceeded. It was especially scary and intimidating for us as we'd never planned and executed such a large project. Of all the companies Super Tech was as good as our last company: Sprinkler World. We loved them, but they no longer service our area. Super Tech inventoried where everything was located, tested, reviewed with us, made recommendations, detailed the costs, and we agreed on what recommendations we needed. He then educated us on high water pressure in the system., Made repairs accordingly and quickly , excellent work. With all of that and two heads replaced the price was very reasonable.

I requested altitude to come repair a broken pipe on my sprinkler. I told him I preferred the repair to which he said he needed to call his boss. Came back and said the only thing they would do was the full manifold repair, which I immediately rejected. They tried to use my desperation to pigeon hole me into an expensive and unnecessary repair. Found a different company who did the fix for $250.
