I told her I did not ever straighten or blow dry my hair and she did both. I asked to have it thinned very slightly and trimmed. I also asked her to put some layers in. She ended up straightening my hair so that it was flat, cutting less than an inch off, and thinning out HALF my hair volume. I left shaking and burst into tears as soon as I made it out the door. My curl pattern has been drastically affected months later. My hair will grow back eventually, but people with curly, thick hair, who wear it naturally will not have a great experience there.

This is the first time my hair is actually HEALTHY after each color treatment (and the absence of that ammonia smell while processing is a god-send). Rob clearly knows product and his styling is outstanding. He will actually dialogue with you extensively before the first snip falls, and the results complement your own ideas.
