This is a shoemakers dream. Unlike most mountain courses, this one does not attempt to be so hard it can't be mastered. With a mountain stream running through its entirety bad shots are paid for in golf balls and added strokes. Most courses in the area are dishearteningly difficult with holes carved out if the side of a 45 degree slope. Check out the pictures and you will agree Linville Falls is a great course! Give them your business. 5 star friendly. The clubhouse is not fully stocked and that's the only downfall. I would have bought swag if they had any that's how much I like this course! We were treated very harshly by this employee. I've never left a review before but I feel very strongly that we were mistreated and threatened over a simple misunderstanding. In front of other golfers on the tee box he yelled and got into my face as if he was going to hit me. My friends and I have played golf all over the country and have never experienced such threatening and unprofessional behavior.
