My mom and I took my daughter, her little sister, and my niece to Just Jump to celebrate my daughter's 11th birthday. What was supposed to be a fun day for the girls turned into an absolutely horrible experience because of how unprofessional and downright rude some of the referees and a member of management were. Within the first FIVE minutes of being there, my daughter (11) and my niece (12) were jumping in the large trampoline area when a referee came over and rudely told them they couldn't jump on the same trampoline. The girls came back to us upset over the way they were spoken to. Meanwhile, there was a grown adult jumping with two children in the exact same area, and nothing was said to them. The girls moved to another area and continued jumping. A few minutes later, they returned to the large jumping area. My niece, who has asthma, started coughing and needed to catch her breath, so she sat down along the side of the jumping area for a minute. A female member of management wearing a pink shirt approached her and told her she couldn't sit there. My niece explained that she had asthma and just needed a minute, to which the employee responded that she didn't care and that she had to move somewhere else. When my mom walked over to see what was going on, this same employee rushed up to her, got right in her face, and started telling her that she had told my niece she couldn't sit there because it wasn't safe. My mom explained that my niece has asthma and sometimes needs a minute to catch her breath. She also explained that the girls had been repeatedly singled out by employees since we arrived. The employee continued to go on and on to the point that my mom had to tell her to get out of her face. Even after being told that, the employee continued following my mom. There is absolutely no reason for someone in a management position to act that way toward a paying customer, especially over a child who simply needed a moment to catch her breath. We completely understand that there are safety rules, and we have no problem with those rules being enforced. What we have a problem with is the way these employees speak to children and the fact that the rules don't seem to apply to everyone equally. These girls weren't being disrespectful, causing trouble, or intentionally breaking rules. They were simply trying to have fun. Another woman sitting at a table behind us was even telling her significant other that employees were treating her child the same way! We spoke with someone at the front counter, who assured us they would address the situation. But the fact that all of this happened within the first 25-30 minutes of us being there is absolutely ridiculous. The worst part of this entire experience was watching BOTH girls walk out of Just Jump crying their eyes out. My daughter was supposed to be celebrating her 11th birthday, making memories and having fun, and instead she and her cousin left in tears because of how they were treated. As a mother, that is absolutely heartbreaking and infuriating. We didn't spend our money to bring our children somewhere just for them to be repeatedly singled out, talked down to, and made to feel like they couldn't do anything right. Just Jump, your employees seriously need to learn how to treat children and their families with respect. You can enforce safety rules without being hateful or disrespectful. And someone in a management position should know better than to act the way she did also. No child should leave a place that's supposed to be FUN crying because of the way the staff treated them. We made it clear before leaving that we would not be back, and I meant every word of it. What should have been a special birthday outing for my daughter turned into an experience none of us will forget, and not for a good reason. I would not recommend people to spend their money here for your kid to just get yelled at by staff member.

Since COVID-19 we were unsure of what we could discover that would be safe and interesting for them. We were amazed at our Outside In experience! Every level of climber is accommodated. The staff cheered on the young, tentative climber while also showing our "bell-ringer" how to reach all the bells at the end of the climbs. This facility was very safe. Again, the owners seemed to be concerned not just with providing a fun activity but doing it in a quality way. There are Lots of tables & chairs to host parties ! Very spacious and nice ! The skating rink was separated from the bowling area so you really can have a party without the bowling lanes in your view. They even have some skating assist bars to hold on to for the kids that haven't yet learned how to skate ! Two thumbs way up!
