There is a huge book section covering all the how-to guides you could ever want or need to find as well as tons of travel bags and backpacking items. There is outdoor gear for camping, kayaking, hiking and any other adventure sport you'd like to try. They also have tons and tons of women's and men's clothing spanning hiking, camping, casual, workout, and other sports like skiing, etc. It's basically like a much better REI or Dick's in America. I happened to go back to buy that item and luckily, Sebastian M. and Fritz D. were both there. Both were super helpful with finding my item and most of all, they knew not only what a VAT form was, but how to fill it out correctly to save me the 19% VAT! Sadly, that was my last visit before I left Germany. I wish I had shopped there more often with VAT forms, as they had a WIDE variety of items I always wanted to purchase, but I was always there randomly without a VAT form. The company has good prices and selection, but AWFUL customer service. I had a delivery failure…read more(their shipper blamed it on them), because of which I missed getting equipment on my holiday. When I contacted Customer Service (and complained), their comment was that "you are funny". Grudgingly, they agree to a return (BTW a legal right), but have failed to process a refund. I am still missing my money after 3 weeks. Customer Service never answers phone calls, and seems to reply to emails highly selectively. My recommendation - look somewhere else. - Sasu.

THANK YOU." at 30.05.15 the order was shipped: "We want to inform you that your order 2023278 has left our packing station and was already transferred to our delivery service." but at 03.06.2015, I got the message: "unfortunately we get your package back from UPS with the remark, for the delivery address there is no UPS service." It was very strange because, a lot of things I bought using this address from aliexpress, amazon, e-bay and other places, but to simplify job of delivery department of this shop I proposed to pick it up myself in the office of delivery company in Saint-Petersburg, but nobody answered me. Just at 11.06.15, eight days later I got back my money, dumbly. OK, I forgot this poor experience, anything happens. But at October, I got advertising catalogue from some Sport Conrad. Actually firstly I had no idea from where this happiness fell, but than I remembered my bad experience, obviously, they have found my address on the map, at least to send me some advertising. Everything repeated as before, they got my money, sent confirmation, but there was nothing about discount. When I asked what is going on, they answered that it was just a mistake, sorry. Nice place that sells a lot of sport equipment congregated into one single place. It had multiple…read morefloors with different categories. It pretty much covered all the outdoor events: hiking, camping, running, climbing, walking, swimming, etc. It also had lots of options of clothing: pants, shirts, tank top, bags, etc to all genders: male, female, kids, etc. Pretty decent place to spend time and explore options. It also offered heavy sale and discount. I purchased couple of things in this place : )
