I contacted the receptionist Joy (AJ's ladyfriend-roomate) who setup a time to repair the damper/control. Well in advance of the appointment I had to cancel the appointment because my VRBO tenants were not able to let them in. Joy gave me a really hard time about cancelling. When I tried to reschedule over the past year, she refused to return any calls or texts!
